Taco Soup

Serves 9
2tbsp. butter
2tbsp. garlic, minced
2c. THRIVE™ Ground Beef (FD)
½c. THRIVE™ Chopped Onions (FD)
c. THRIVE™ Instant Pinto Beans (FD)
½c. THRIVE™ Sweet Corn (FD)
1c. THRIVE™ Tomato Dices (FD)
½c. THRIVE™ Green Chili Peppers (FD)
2tsp. THRIVE™Chef's Choice Seasoning Blend
¼c. THRIVE™Tomato Sauce, dry
2tbsp. THRIVE™ Cilantro (FD)
1tsp. THRIVE™ Beef Bouillon
2tbsp. THRIVE™Tomato Powder
¼tsp. THRIVE™Iodized Salt
2tsp. chili powder (or as desired)
tsp. cumin
8c. water
2tbsp. lime juice
¼c. cilantro, chopped fresh
1tbsp. Cholula hot sauce (optional)
Sauté butter and garlic together in a large saucepan until lightly caramelized. Add all remaining ingredients except lime juice, fresh cilantro, and hot sauce. Bring soup to a medium simmer and cook for 10 minutes. Finish with lime juice, fresh cilantro, and hot sauce.
Serving Ideas: Serve with sour cream, tortilla chips, tomatoes, and avocado for a tasty soup.
