Let me introduce one of my team members Dianna Morgan. She will be working the Shelf Reliance booth with me at the WaHB Expo in the Pamona Fairplex November 12th!
As a Shelf Reliance Consultant since June, I have thoroughly enjoyed sharing the Thrive Food products through the home party. From my own launch party in July to my latest party, I have had great success and am so thrilled to have already reached the Mentor rank. I am most excited; however, to have assisted so many customers in adding to their food storage and feeling more prepared for emergencies.
I LOVE doing the home party! Every party I try something a little different, but always enjoy serving samples of the Chili from the Thrive Cookbook and the a version of the Chicken Pasta Salad we received a few months back. Watching the faces of party guests as they realize that they are truly eating real meat and vegetables in tasty everyday foods keeps me motivated for the next event. There is no better way to sell these amazing freeze-dried foods than having guests sample them in dishes they can make so easily at home in just a few minutes.
My goal when I first started in this business was to add to my own food "storage" as I have always been a believer in being prepared. However, in experimenting with the food products for my parties, I found how easy they were to have in my own pantry and use in my home cooking and baking. And I'll admit it, I'm hooked. I'm not only getting prepared for emergencies, but I'm also prepared for last minute appetizers for a party, quick meals after a long day, and unexpected desserts for a church function. Now THAT'S my idea of being prepared!
